Whilst we’ll do our best to send you top-quality, small faults appear occasionally.
Please understand and forgive small errors.

Our packaging is fairly robust, yet we have no control of items when they leave our hands and we are at the mercy of others. Occasionally during transit, packages may get a bit damaged.
This does not affect he usability and enjoyment of the roses.

Kindly allow up to 28 days for delivery.
